Justin Serianni
Justin manages the company's operations.
His career has been spent working within construction and development environments, coordinating with project owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and local governments on the planning and delivery of complex facilities.
He previously served on the executive leadership team of a multi-state cannabis company during a period of rapid expansion, where he helped lead the company’s facility development program. In that role he established site criteria, identified locations, negotiated site control agreements, navigated municipal approval processes, and worked directly with community leaders and local officials to secure approvals for new facilities.
He also participated in the planning and development of large industrial cultivation facilities, coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors in connection with the design and construction of specialized production infrastructure.
